There are two main types of deals:

Code Deals:
Most offers are coupon code deals. These are more widely used as they are more generic and are often useable throughout the merchant's site instead of a link related deal where you can only get a discount on that specific product. In most cases when you click on the coupon you want to use (you will see "Get Coupon Code"). Once you click that link you will be taken to a page that gives you detailed information about using that code. In the background the merchant site will load (in most cases their home page). You can then begin to browse their site and add the products you wish to purchase. After you are done and ready to checkout make sure you have the coupon code handy as you will need to enter it at some point during the checkout process. The last thing that you must ensure is that before the final checkout process is complete is that your discount is reflected in your total order price.

Link Specific Deals:
These work as such, you simply find the deal you want click the "Get Coupon Code" link that is applicable to the coupon or deal that you want to take advantage of. This will then take you to a different screen on our site that lists a more detailed view of the deal with extra instructions if needed. While this page is loading our site has conveniently opened another window for the merchant's site to load up in the background. Once you have gathered all the information that you need from the detailed page you just simply click on the other window that has appeared on your task bar and the merchant's site should now be fully preloaded and you can add the item to your cart and continue shopping or check out.

Why Doesn't the Coupon Work?
The coupon you click may have expired. Sometimes merchants provide us with codes but do not provide us with a specific expiration date. In that case the coupon is listed with and "Unknown" expiry date. All though we strive to keep all codes valid on the site it is just not possible to verify the validity of every coupon every day. As well another reason a coupon may not work is because the merchant has pulled the offer from their site due to overwhelming response to their promotion. Unfortunately 100BigCoupons.com cannot guarantee the accuracy of the deals listed even though we test all deals before posting them.

What do I do if I can't get the Coupon to work?
If you can not get a specific coupon to work try another coupon for that merchant, as we usually have more then one offer for each site. Please do not contact the merchant site regarding a non-working coupon. Instead we would like to ask you to contact us using contact form by clicking here and we will do our best to find a discount for you!
